Is all I can say about James and the service he provides. My husband and I are from Pittsburgh, PA and decided to "winter" in Florida this year for 4 months. Well, we love it here and decided to purchase a Vacation home. We were referred to James by a friend and couldn't be happier!! From our first contact via the phone, James was ultra responsive. He promptly replied to any and all of our inquires within 5 minutes. His expert knowledge about the Real Estate market is vast. He is enthusiastic, hard working, insightful and just plain fun to work with. With his guidance and keen eye we narrowed our search to the Ormond Beach area. We put in 2 bids on 2 different homes and were unsuccessful in both instances. James was never deterred or negative. He was optimistic and hopeful that we would find the "perfect home" for our family. James certainly delivered on his promise. Within 2 weeks or our initial contact with him, James found us our PERFECT DREAM HOME! His perseverance and patience paid off.
